XFileSharing doesn't has a such feature yet, however, it's possible to limit it to 1 time per 24 hours by setting Max money last 24 hours to $0.001 (or any other value that's lesser than the cheapest tier you have).
This will not actually break the tier system as it only means that it will not charge user if he already earned as least $0.001 from this IP today, but if he didn't yet then the payment is not going to be truncated in any way.
